Josiah Fajardo
Graduate Civil Engineer
Josiah is a civil engineer with a law degree and experience in statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative modelling, and computer programming. Prior to joining Ekistica, Josiah has been principal developer and analyst for studies on spatiotemporal analysis of public health risks, hydrogeological modelling, and automated classification of political discourse. He has worked on data analysis and policy research projects at Data61, Advisian, rCITI, IJM Australia and the UNSW Water Research Laboratory. Josiah is also the technical co-founder of a legal technology start-up which provides supply chain modelling for listed and private companies in Australia.
With Ekistica, Josiah conducts data analysis and research for feasibility, performance and financial modelling on a variety of significant private and public-sector utility scale energy projects. He has also assisted in the delivery of Ekistica’s contract with ARENA as data handler and knowledge share manager for their Regional Australia Renewables portfolio and evaluating economic investment models for their Large Scale Solar portfolio.
